The Nokia E71 is really popular right now, so let’s take a look at what others have been saying so far. I am listing down the recent reviews available from reputable sources and a brief summary of each one.

Paul Miller from Engadget Mobile wrote on his Nokia E71 review that even though he is spoiled by the iPhone’s touch interface, there’s more power and customizability with the S60-powered Nokia E71. The music and video playback is challenged by the screen and interface though.

Boy Genius Report claimed on their Nokia E71 review that it is the sexiest damn phone they’ve seen in a long time and even go as far as saying it is the best phone Nokia has made to date.

Steve Litchfield from All About Symbian wrote a very detailed Nokia E71 review and even said that the E71 is the iPhone’s nemesis, “using almost the identical dimensions in a totally different way, for a totally different set of users.” While disappointed with the multimedia side of the Nokia E71, there’s a lot of other things to like about.

SMS Text News’ Nokia E71 review by Ben Smith explained fans will not be impressed with the email client and media functions such as video streaming on Qik. However, they like the design, size, battery life, and the quick GPS position locking.

My-Symbian writer Michal Jerz mentioned on his Nokia E71 review the high buld quality of the device, but not impressed with video recording. in the end, the E71’s elegant design and high quality results in a warm recommendation.

Dotsisx from Symbian-Guru was surprised with the pocketable size of the E71 on her Nokia E71 review. A disadvantages she found was the autofocus function by pressing the T key, but she felt that Nokia E61 users will move to the Nokia E71i.
